What is a Private Membership Association?
A Private Membership Association (PMA) is a group of individuals who collectively assert and stand upon their unalienable constitutionally secured rights, their reserved authority, and their pre-existing claim to absolute authority and control over their health, encompassing body, mind, and spirit. These rights, developed under the laws of the United States in pursuance of The Constitution for the United States of America, 1789 CE, as amended and ratified by the passage of The Bill of Rights in 1791, are fundamental to the PMA's existence. Individuals who agree with the PMA's terms, conditions, obligations, and purposes set forth in a contract (the "PMA contract") and who refuse to apply for or accept any "public" statutory entities like corporations, LLCs, or other governmental entities, are considered members.
Over 241 years ago, "We the People" created several independent commonwealths and states, which in turn created the nation known as:
**The United States of America**
and its government:
**The United States**
A PMA is founded on the same authority and power as the people asserted in The Declaration of Independence, The Articles of Confederation, The Constitution, and The Bill of Rights. Members act in their real capacity, asserting their rights to freedom of association, speech, press, privacy, and other rights, without needing any permission from the government to create or operate the PMA.
Public laws, regulations, and rules of administrative agencies do not typically apply to PMAs, as they would impair the PMA members' ability to freely discuss, use, or obtain things that might be restricted for the public. This advantage allows various operations, from healthcare to product manufacturing, to function without the regulatory burdens imposed on public entities.
For instance, within a PMA, members can use natural substances, devices, or products not approved by the FDA, educate each other on health matters, and provide alternative healthcare solutions without governmental interference. This autonomy extends to not recognizing statutory titles of public competency or education, maintaining equality among all members.
PMAs generally fall outside the jurisdiction of public laws and regulations, including those that created agencies like the FDA. Healthcare providers and others involved in regulated industries can operate more freely within a PMA, as it is not subject to the same legal restrictions.
Benefits of a Private Membership Association
1. **Immunity to Public Laws**: A PMA enjoys general immunity from public laws, regulations, and agency rules that protect public health. What occurs within a PMA is private, akin to a family's private matters, and not generally subject to governmental control. However, this immunity is not absolute; members cannot engage in activities that pose a "clear and present danger."
2. **Increased Income**: Operating within a PMA allows for private communication and business dealings, enabling members to exercise their rights freely. This freedom in advertising, marketing, and business operations can lead to increased sales and profitability.
3. **Greater Peace of Mind**: Members do not need to worry about obtaining licenses or adhering to regulatory restrictions. This reduces stress and allows for more creativity and flexibility in running their businesses.
